Hey folks, anyone else been checking out the service from Siemens lately? I have to say it's decent. Last time I needed a part, their tech folks were actually helpful. Honestly, occasionally the process can drag a bit, but in the end they fixed me up. Any other experiences? Heard mixed things depending on your local center.
